To Assist in the Human Resources Development
Maintain Discipline of overall working environment
Represent SIDA at relevant Professional gatherings and/or public meetings
Lookafter Human Resources & Development Policy Matters
Develop, drive, monitor and co-ordinate mechanisms for the management of individual and group performance throughout SIDA.
Counsel employees, management, Area Water Boards, outside agencies and the public on personnel related matters where required
Supervise, co-ordinate and participate in special projects or programmes as assigned
Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures
Develop, interpret and administer Personnel Rules & Regulations
Man power planning
Trainings & Deployment
Capacity Building of SIDA employees
Management of Performance
Job Evaluation
Employee Safety & Welfare
